Channel 4 Desilting in Nazir Colony to Restore Flow & Reduce Flood Risk – WASA Faisalabad

WASA Faisalabad has started desilting work at a key bottleneck of Channel 4 in Nazir Colony, Ibn-e-Maryam, and Muslim Colony under the PDP Package. The project aims to restore the drain’s flow capacity, reduce flood risk, and will be completed within 10 days. However, progress is being affected by encroachments along the Right of Way, limiting access for machinery and slowing operations.
