Plans, organizes, directs and controls the
supervision of construction projects
· Ensures
that assigned construction projects are completed within initial
or revised cost budgets and
schedules and meet technical specifications

Recommends required changes to the design of
project
·
Administrates efficiently the distribution and
utilizes personnel and technical resources
·
Ensures that there is coordination between and
among the planning, design and construction functions and
activities of the agency
·
Participates directly in the development and
implementation of technical and supervisory training programs
·
Recommends improvements to the existing policies
procedures and operation systems and participates in their
implementation.
